Before a Compliments item makes it into our customers' carts, it has gone through a rigorous testing process to make sure it's the best it can be. Once it leaves the hands of our passionate and knowledgeable team of product developers, we hand over our food ideas to the true experts — our customers. The Compliments Consumer Taste Panel is made up of a rotating group of panelists who assess how every new Compliments product meets the Compliments brand quality criteria. Using their feedback, we determine whether an item is ready for store shelves or needs further testing and improvement until it's perfect. That's the Compliments difference.
